Open educational resources (OER) are research, teaching, and learning materials that have been purposefully designed and licensed so that anyone may use, copy, and, in most circumstances, change them. Under some licenses, anybody may use, remix, enhance, and redistribute content and resources that are made publicly available under the umbrella term “OER.” These are made to be tailored for regionally specific circumstances in order to lower accessibility obstacles by using excellent teaching methods. The desire to provide a different or improved educational paradigm often drives the creation and promotion of open educational materials.

It is known that there are a lot of Open Educational Resources (OER) that are helpful to teachers and students all over the globe. As a result, AICTE (Circular) has recommended some of valuable OER for its affiliated institutions’ faculty and students.
